Processing Time: We require 4-7 days for dispatch, as we take time to shoot reels for your lucky scoops.
 

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery takes 4-7 working days to reach your destination. All orders are shipped only through India Post service. Shipping times may vary based on location, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible once it has been processed.

Shipping Regions: We currently ship across India.

 

We'll ship your scoop as soon as we shoot the video, no waiting for it to be uploaded on our page. We want to make sure your parcel gets to you on time!
Why? Because uploading takes time, and we want to avoid delays. Each video gets posted one by one!

Payment Policy

No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer COD as a payment option. All orders must be paid for in advance through the available online payment methods.

Claims for Damaged or Defective Products

Unboxing Video Required for Claims: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please record an unboxing video. This video will be required for any claim related to product damage. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
